Client Delivery Lead

The Client Delivery Lead implements Constant's loan servicing solutions for credit union clients. This role manages 5-7 active client implementations, deploying our standard workflows (skip-a-pay, payoff quotes, due date changes, deferments) while identifying where client-specific configurations are needed. You'll work under the direction of the Head of Product & Enablement, executing against established delivery frameworks and escalating strategic decisions appropriately.

Reports To: Head of Client Delivery

Your primary focus

  1. Implement Constant's out-of-the-box loan servicing workflows, configuring standard products to meet each credit union's needs
  2. Map client processes to identify where their requirements fit standard configurations vs. where customization is genuinely needed
  3. Document client-specific business rules and clearly communicate needs to product and engineering teams
  4. Manage 5-7 concurrent client implementations through kickoff to go-live
  5. Serve as day-to-day client contact, running meetings and managing expectations
  6. Coordinate with banking platform vendors (Lumin, VisiFI, Alkami, Q2, Candescent, Repay, PayNearMe) on integrations
  7. Conduct client UAT sessions and manage feedback loops
  8. Escalate strategic decisions, complex issues, and client concerns to Head of Product & Enablement

What we look for

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of loan servicing experience — you know how skip-a-pays, deferments, payoff quotes, and due date changes actually work
  • Proficiency in process mapping — you can document workflows clearly
  • Experience with core banking systems (JH Symitar, VisiFi iPower, Fiserv DNA, Corelation Keystone, Shaw Spectrum, Nortridge or similar)
  • Experience with software/systems implementations preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana)
  • Credit union industry background preferred
  • Strong communication skills — can build relationships with credit union staff and clearly convey needs to internal teams
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good judgment on when to escalate vs. handle independently

Collaboration Requirements:

  • Head of Product & Enablement: Escalate strategic decisions, complex client situations, and resource conflicts
  • Product Team: Communicate client needs and configuration requirements
  • Engineering: Coordinate on client-specific implementation needs
  • QA Team: Collaborate on UAT processes and issue resolution
