The Client Delivery Lead implements Constant's loan servicing solutions for credit union clients. This role manages 5-7 active client implementations, deploying our standard workflows (skip-a-pay, payoff quotes, due date changes, deferments) while identifying where client-specific configurations are needed. You'll work under the direction of the Head of Product & Enablement, executing against established delivery frameworks and escalating strategic decisions appropriately.
Reports To: Head of Client Delivery
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of loan servicing experience — you know how skip-a-pays, deferments, payoff quotes, and due date changes actually work
- Proficiency in process mapping — you can document workflows clearly
- Experience with core banking systems (JH Symitar, VisiFi iPower, Fiserv DNA, Corelation Keystone, Shaw Spectrum, Nortridge or similar)
- Experience with software/systems implementations preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Monday, Asana)
- Credit union industry background preferred
- Strong communication skills — can build relationships with credit union staff and clearly convey needs to internal teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good judgment on when to escalate vs. handle independently

- Head of Product & Enablement: Escalate strategic decisions, complex client situations, and resource conflicts
- Product Team: Communicate client needs and configuration requirements
- Engineering: Coordinate on client-specific implementation needs
- QA Team: Collaborate on UAT processes and issue resolution
