Constant is on the hunt for an exceptional Systems Integrations Specialist to join our team! You will have the task of ensuring that our software integrates seamlessly with other financial services platforms, like online banking, core processing, and payments systems. With your unparalleled skills and exceptional abilities, you'll be able to help us take our platform to the next level.

As the Systems Integrations Specialist, your primary focus will be to manage the integration process with third-party software platforms. You'll work hand-in-hand with our internal teams and external partners to establish timelines, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that integration requirements are met with lightning-fast speed. In addition, you'll support the maintenance and updating of integrations and related documentation as necessary, so our platform always delivers an outstanding experience to our clients.

• 2+ years experience in a SaaS project support or technical role delivering solutions to enterprise customers
• Proven experience integrating with and mapping to financial services systems like online banking, core processing, payments, and other software platforms in the financial services industry
• Possesses a strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and other technical aspects of software integration
• Has experience working with third-party vendors and partners in addition to communicating with clients directly about their needs
• Approaches problem-solving with a collaborative and proactive mindset
• Has a passion for innovation and isn't afraid to think outside the box
• Is able to communicate recommendations to both internal and external parties clearly and concisely
